CIRCULAR
Issuing National Technical Regulations on Automatic Warning Systems for Level Crossings

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 10, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology and the Director of the Vietnam Railway Administration,
The Minister of Transport issues this Circular on "National Technical Regulations on Automatic Warning Systems for Level Crossings - QCVN 104:2019/BGTVT".
Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the “National Technical Regulations on Automatic Warning Systems for Level Crossings - QCVN 104:2019/BGTVT” attached hereto.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from October 1, 2019.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General, Heads of Departments, Directors of the Vietnam Railway Administration, and Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
