NUMBER 240/NQ-TVQH OF FEBRUARY 24, 1964

WHEREAS Article 45 and Article 53 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam,

BASED ON Article 12 and Article 14 of the Law on the Election of National Assembly Deputies dated December 31, 1959,

FOR LOCALITIES WITH TWO OR MORE ELECTION UNITS, THE PROVINCIAL AND CITY ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEES SHALL DIVIDE THE ELECTION UNITS SUITABLY WITH RESPECT TO THE GEOGRAPHICAL AND POPULATION SITUATION IN THEIR LOCALITIES BASED ON THE NUMBERS PRESCRIBED IN THE ABOVE ARTICLE AND REPORT TO THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE BEFORE MARCH 10, 1964.
