Pursuant to the Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Pursuant to Decision No. 108 TC/QĐ/TCCB dated February 13, 1995 of the Minister of Finance on the establishment of the Sai Gon Audit and Financial Accounting Consultancy Company;
Considering the work requirements and the capabilities and qualities of the staff;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres and Training and the Director of the Sai Gon Audit and Financial Accounting Consultancy Company;

Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Directors of the Sai Gon Audit and Financial Accounting Consultancy Company, the Heads of the Departments of Organization and Cadres and Training, Financial Affairs Management, the Head of the Ministry's Office, and Mr. Dang Xuan Canh are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
