Regarding the announcement of the list of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Justice and jointly issued from 1981 to date that have ceased to be effective

THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 161/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 62/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 6, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;
After reaching consensus with relevant ministries and sectors and upon the proposal of the Director of the Department for Legal Document Inspection.
DECISION:
Article 1. Announce the List of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Justice from 1981 to date that have ceased to be effective, and the List of regulatory legal documents jointly issued by the Ministry of Justice from 1981 to date that have ceased to be effective (attached lists).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. Heads of units under the Ministry and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
