Concerning Resolution No. 26/2008/QH12 dated November 15, 2008 of the Twelfth National Assembly on piloting the non-establishment of People's Councils at district, urban district, and ward levels;

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
On the basis of Resolution No. 26/2008/QH12 dated November 15, 2008 of the Twelfth National Assembly on piloting the non-establishment of People's Councils at district, urban district, and ward levels;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approving the Implementation Plan for Resolution No. 26/2008/QH12 dated November 15, 2008 of the Twelfth National Assembly on piloting the non-establishment of People's Councils at district, urban district, and ward levels attached to this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Government Agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities where the pilot program of not establishing People's Councils at district, urban district, and ward levels is implemented shall be responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
