REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE DEPARTMENT FOR MANAGEMENT OF PRICE STABILIZATION FUNDS
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/CP dated January 5, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Government Price Management Board, Decision No. 151/TTg dated April 12, 1993 of the Prime Minister on the use and management of price stabilization funds;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the Government Price Management Board and the Ministers, Heads of the Government Organizational and Cadre Affairs Board,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Department for Management of Price Stabilization Funds under the Government Price Management Board to assist the Chairman of the Government Price Management Board in managing the State's affairs concerning price stabilization funds.
Article 2. The Chairman of the Government Price Management Board shall specify the specific tasks of the Department for Management of Price Stabilization Funds.
Article 3. The Chairman of the Government Price Management Board, the Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of governmental agencies, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
