BASED ON DECREE NO. 01/2008/ND-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND DECREE NO. 75/2009/ND-CP OF SEPTEMBER 10, 2009 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT AMENDING DECREE NO. 01/2008/ND-CP;
BASED ON DECISION NO. 36/2006/QD-BNN OF MAY 15, 2006 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ON THE REGULATIONS ON MANAGEMENT OF RESEARCH PROJECTS AND SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL STUDIES OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;

Considering the proposal of the General Director of the Forest Protection Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. THE NATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL COUNCIL IS ESTABLISHED THROUGH TECHNICAL MEASURES FOR THE NATIONAL FOREST INVENTORY AND ASSESSMENT PERIOD 2013-2015 (THE TECHNICAL MEASURES HAVE BEEN TRIED AT BAC CAN AND HA TINH)THE MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL ARE LISTED IN ATTACHED ANNEX.
Article 2. THE COUNCIL SHALL REVIEW AND APPROVE THE TECHNICAL MEASURES FOR THE NATIONAL FOREST INVENTORY AND ASSESSMENT PERIOD 2013-2015 BEFORE SUBMITTING TO THE MINISTRY FOR APPROVAL;
The Council shall dissolve itself upon completion of its tasks.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE FORESTRY GENERAL DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY'S RELATED ORGANIZATIONS, AND THE MEMBERS LISTED IN ARTICLE 1 SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
