THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 57/NQ-CP of the Government dated December 15, 2010 on simplifying administrative procedures within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Circular No. 59/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated November 9, 2012 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the management of safe vegetable, fruit, and tea production;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection Department and the Head of the Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development,

DECISION:

Article 1. Announcing along with this Decision 02 new administrative procedures and 02 administrative procedures to be replaced, as well as 02 administrative procedures being replaced within the scope of the management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from December 24, 2012.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
