THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

On the basis of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2010/NĐ-CP dated June 8, 2010 of the Government on administrative procedure control;

On the basis of Decree No. 82/2006/ND-CP dated August 10, 2006 of the Government on management of export, import, re-export, domestic import, transit, breeding, growing, and artificial cultivation of endangered, precious, and rare wild animals and plants;

On the basis of Decree No. 98/2011/ND-CP dated October 26, 2011 of the Government on amendments and supplements to certain articles of Decrees on Agriculture;

On the basis of Circular No. 88/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated December 28, 2011 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding the implementation of Decree No. 12/2006/ND-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Trade regarding international trade activities and agency, purchase, sale, processing, and transit of goods with foreign countries in the fields of agriculture, forestry, and fisheries;

At the proposal of the Director General of the Forest Management Department and the Head of the Ministry's Office,

DECISION:

Article 1. Annexed to this Decision is the promulgation of 01 new administrative procedure, replacement of 03 administrative procedures, and abolition of 03 administrative procedures within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (details of the names and contents of the administrative procedures are attached);

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from January 11, 2012.

Article 3. The Director of the Office of the Ministry, the General Director of the Forestry General Department, the Heads of the General Departments, Departments, Bureaus, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
