DECREE-LAW
NO. 243/SL OF OCTOBER 3, 1955
ISSUED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE AND CHIEF OF THE PEOPLE'S ARMED FORCES,
ISSUES THIS DECREE-LAW:
Article 1: Major General Phan Trong Tue, Acting Head of the Delegation of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army to the Central Ceasefire Joint Commission, is hereby promoted to Lieutenant General.
Article 2: The Minister of National Defense and Chief of the People's Armed Forces shall implement this decree-law.
