DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Regarding the amendment to the Rules on Issuing Certificate of Origin Form S for Goods of Vietnam to Enjoy Preferential Tariff Treatment under the Agreement on Economic, Cultural, Scientific and Technological Cooperation between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Lao People's Democratic Republic to enjoy the tariff preferences under the Agreement on Economic, Cultural, Scientific and Technological Cooperation between issued pursuant to Decision No. 865/2004/QĐ-BTM dated June 29, 2004Pursuant to the Agreement on Economic, Cultural, Scientific and Technological Cooperation between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, signed on January 7, 2005, in Hanoi;

THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Amend Article 1 of the Rules on Issuing Certificate of Origin for Goods of Vietnam in Form S for Goods to Enjoy Preferential Tariff Treatment under the Agreement on Economic, Cultural, Scientific and Technological Cooperation between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Lao People's Democratic Republic issued pursuant to Decision No. 865/2004/QĐ-BTM dated June 29, 2004.
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Commerce;
At the proposal of the Director of the Import-Export Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Director of the Office, the Head of the Import-Export Department, and the Heads of relevant agencies under the Ministry of Trade shall be responsible for implementing and guiding the implementation of this Decision./.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Department of Import-Export, and the Heads of relevant agencies under the Ministry of Trade are responsible for implementing and guiding the implementation of this Decision./.
