REGARDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES WITHIN THE SCOPE
OF THE MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 61/2012/ND-CP dated August 10, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2010/NĐ-CP dated June 8, 2010 of the Government on administrative procedure control;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 39/2012/ND-CP OF APRIL 27, 2012 OF THE GOVERNMENT AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING SOME ARTICLES OF THE DECREE NO. 42/2010/ND-CP OF APRIL 15, 2010 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING DETAILED REGULATIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON COMPETITION AND REWARD AND THE LAW AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING SOME PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON COMPETITION AND REWARD;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE NATIONAL COMPETITION AND REWARD BOARD AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS' OFFICE,
DECISION:
Article 1. ANNEXED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES AS PROVIDED IN THE DECREE NO. 39/2012/ND-CP OF APRIL 27, 2012 OF THE GOVERNMENT AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING SOME ARTICLES OF THE DECREE NO. 42/2010/ND-CP OF APRIL 15, 2010 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING DETAILED REGULATIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON COMPETITION AND REWARD AND THE LAW AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING SOME PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON COMPETITION AND REWARD.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE NATIONAL COMPETITION AND REWARD BOARD, THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS' OFFICE, THE HEADS OF UNITS UNDER AND SUBORDINATE TO THE MINISTRY, AND THE HEADS OF RELATED UNITS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
