REGARDING THE SALE OF ONE USED MOTOR VEHICLE FOR THE FINANCE PRINTING HOUSE

Pursuant to the Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;

Pursuant to Circular No. 10/CV dated February 23, 1995 of the Finance Printing House; In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Financial Management and Administration Department and the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Finance

Article 1: To liquidate one fixed asset, namely a Toyota cargo vehicle with license plate number 29D-37-03 for the Finance Printing House to serve its operations.

Article 2: The Financial Management and Administration Department of the Ministry of Finance shall organize the sale and liquidation, pricing based on the remaining actual value of the vehicle. The proceeds from the sale shall be used to supplement the regular maintenance fund for vehicles.

Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The Directors of the Office of the Ministry, the Director of the Financial Management and Administration Department, and the Director of the Finance Printing House are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
