Regarding the issuance of the film approval regulations

Pursuant to Decree No. 81/CP dated November 8, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Pursuant to Decree No. 48/CP dated July 17, 1995 of the Government on the organization and operation of the film industry;
To consolidate and strengthen the management of film works;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department and the Head of the Legal Affairs Department.

Article 1: The attached Decision promulgates the "Film Approval Regulations".

Article 2: These Regulations replace the Film Work Approval Regulations issued pursuant to Decision No. 619/QD dated July 21, 1990 of the Minister of Culture and Information - Sports and Tourism and shall take effect fifteen days from the date of issuance. All previous provisions contrary to these Regulations are hereby abolished.

Article 3: The Director of the Cinema Department, the Heads of the Provincial Departments of Culture and Information under the central cities have the responsibility to guide the implementation of these Regulations and organize monitoring to detect violations for timely handling.
