DECISION

Regarding the issuance of regulations on functions,

duties and organizational structure of Preventive Health Centers under Provincial Departments of Health, and Preventive Health Teams under District Health Centers

under the Department of Health of the province or centrally governed city and the Preventive Health Team at the District Health Center of a county, district, town, or provincial city

MINISTER OF HEALTH

Pursuant to Decree No. 68/CP dated October 11, 1993 of the Government on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Pursuant to Circular Jointly Issued No. 02/1998/TTLT-BYT-BTCCBCP dated June 27, 1998 by the Joint Ministries of Health and Civil Service Affairs on guiding implementation of Decree No. 01/1998/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 1998 of the Government regarding the local health system;

Based on the proposal of the Director of the Department of Personnel and Organization, and the Director of the Department of Preventive Health;

DECISION

Article 1: The attached Decision hereby promulgates the "Regulations on functions, tasks, and organizational structure of Preventive Health Centers under Provincial Departments of Health and Preventive Health Teams under District Health Centers."

Article 2: This Decision takes effect fifteen days from its date of issuance; any previous regulations that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.

Article 3: The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Department of Personnel and Organization, Directors of the Department of Preventive Health - Ministry of Health, Provincial Department of Health Directors, and Heads of related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
