Issuing the Regulation on the Operation of Members of the National Ethnic Committee

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 60/2008/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the National Ethnic Committee;
Considering the proposal of the Minister and Chairman of the National Ethnic Committee,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates the Regulation on the Operation of Members of the National Ethnic Committee.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, members of the National Ethnic Committee, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally-administered city People's Committees shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
