DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the recognition of My Tho City, Tien Giang Province as a Class II city
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 72/2001/NĐ-CP dated October 5, 2001 of the Government on the classification of cities and urban management levels;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Construction and the Minister of Home Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. Recognize My Tho City, Tien Giang Province as a Class II city.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Minister of Construction, the Minister of Home Affairs, the Ministers, and the Heads of relevant agencies, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tien Giang Province, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of My Tho City are responsible for implementing this Decision.
