Article 1- Now, supplementing at the end of Part I, Article 216 of the Interim Technical Safety Regulations for the Manufacture and Use of Fixed, Mobile, and Semi-Mobile Boilers issued together with Decision No. 76-QĐ/LB dated March 26, 1971, at the end of Part I, Article 12.2 of the Technical Safety Regulations for Pressure Vessels QPVN 2-75, and at the end of Part I, Article 9.2 of the Technical Safety Regulations for Steam and Hot Water Pipelines QPVN 9-77 as follows:
"Local labor authorities (province, city) shall be responsible for investigating incidents resulting in death according to the current accident investigation procedures."
Article 2 - The provisions of the above supplementary regulation shall take effect from July 1, 1980.
