Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decision No. 239/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister approving the universal preschool education program for five-year-old children for the period 2010-2015;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Preschool Education,
This Decision promulgates the Implementation Plan for Decision No. 239/QD-TTg dated February 9, 2010 of the Prime Minister approving the universal preschool education program for five-year-old children for the period 2010-2015.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Department of Preschool Education shall take the lead and coordinate with relevant units to regularly review the implementation of the Plan; compile the situation and periodically report to the Minister on the progress and results of the Program's implementation by units and localities.
Article 2. The Heads of the Ministry’s Office, the Department of Cadre and Civil Servant Organization, the Department of Preschool Education, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Education and Training related to this matter, and the Departments of Education and Training at provincial level are responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 4. The Heads of the Ministry’s Office, the Directors of the Personnel Department, the Director of the Early Childhood Education Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Education and Training related to this matter, and the Departments of Education and Training of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
