THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
On the basis of Decree No. 55/2003/ND-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
On the basis of Decision No. 64/2007/QD-TTg dated May 10, 2007 of the Prime Minister on issuing regulations on gift-giving, receiving gifts, and returning gifts for agencies, organizations, units using state budget funds, and for officials, civil servants, and public employees;
At the request of the Director of the Office of the Ministry,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision are the "Regulations on gift-giving and receiving gifts for officials and civil servants of the Ministry of Industry."
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, Directors of Divisions, and Heads of units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
