Regarding the establishment of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Dong Nai Province

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated June 21, 1994;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Minister of Home Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Department of Foreign Affairs under the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province based on restructuring the Foreign Affairs Office within the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of Dong Nai Province.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province shall specify in detail the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Department of Foreign Affairs.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Minister of Home Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
