for the Hanoi Timber Trading Company
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decision No. 153TCLD dated March 15, 1993 of the Ministry of Forestry, now the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, regarding the establishment of the Hanoi Timber Trading Company, later renamed the Hanoi Timber Trading Center, and now known as the Hanoi Timber Trading Company under the Vietnam Forest Corporation;
Considering the proposal of the Vietnam Forest Corporation at Circular No. 357TCT/TCLD/CV dated March 2, 2000;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department:
DECISION:
Article 1.- Supplementing the business activities of the Hanoi Timber Trading Company under the Vietnam Forest Corporation: Transportation and transportation agency services.
Article 2.- The General Director of the Hanoi Timber Trading Company shall be responsible for re-registering the additional production and business activities in accordance with current regulations.
Article 3.- This decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of issuance.
Article 4.- The Head of the Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry, the General Director of the Vietnam Forest Corporation, and the General Director of the Hanoi Timber Trading Company shall be responsible for implementing this decision./.
