Decision No. 25/2001/QD-BCN On transferring the Institute of Mechanical Energy and Mining to be a member unit of Vietnam Coal Corporation

Regarding the transfer of the Institute of Mechanical Energy and Mining to become a member unit of Vinacomin

MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

The General Director of Vinacomin is responsible for directing the Institute of Mechanical Energy and Mining to complete all necessary procedures to ensure normal operations in accordance with the Charter of Vinacomin, current state regulations, and the organizational and operational charter of the Institute approved by the Board of Directors of Vinacomin.

Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;

Pursuant to Decision No. 67/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 27, 2001 of the Government Chairman on the merger of Vietnam Mechanical Energy and Mining Corporation into Vietnam Coal Corporation;

At the proposal of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Coal Corporation (Petition No. 1123/TT-HĐQT dated May 15, 2001) and the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department, 

DECISION:

Article 1. The name shall remain unchanged and the Institute of Mechanical Energy and Mining, a member unit of Vietnam Mechanical Energy and Mining Corporation, shall be transferred to become a member unit of Vietnam Coal Corporation.

Article 2. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, the Directors of Bureaus, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the General Director of Vinacomin, and the Director of the Institute of Mechanical Energy and Mining are responsible for implementing this Decision./.

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous documents that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.

The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, the Directors of Bureaus, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the General Director of Vietnam Coal Corporation, and the Director of the Institute of Mechanical Energy and Mines are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
