DECREE
Approving the electoral units and the number of provincial People's Council members to be elected in the supplementary election for the 1999-2004 term in Quang Binh Province.
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, Article 11, and Article 59 of the Law on Elections of People's Council Deputies (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh Province Document No. 212/UB dated March 8, 2002, and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government Document No. 69/TTr-BTCCBCP dated March 18, 2002,
DECREE:
Article 1. Approving the supplementary election of three (3) provincial People's Council members elected from Electoral Unit No. 8 in Bo Trach District, Electoral Unit No. 12 in Dong Hoi City, and Electoral Unit No. 16 in Le Thuy District, Quang Binh Province.
