REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF MA DA AND HIEU LIEM COMMUNES BELONGING TO VINH CU DISTRICT, DONG NAI PROVINCE

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF INTERIOR AND THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF DONG NAI PROVINCE.
DECREE:
Article 1. NOW, THE BOUNDARIES ARE ADJUSTED TO ESTABLISH MA DA AND HIEU LIEM COMMUNES BELONGING TO VINH CU DISTRICT, DONG NAI PROVINCE AS FOLLOWS:
1. ESTABLISH MA DA COMMUNE ON THE BASIS OF 40,078.47 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 6,595 POPULATION OF VINH AN TOWN.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARY OF MA DA COMMUNE: EAST ADJACENT TO PHU LY COMMUNE AND DINH QUAN DISTRICT; WEST ADJACENT TO HIEU LIEM COMMUNE; SOUTH ADJACENT TO VINH AN TOWN AND THONG NHAT DISTRICT; NORTH ADJACENT TO PHU LY COMMUNE AND BINH PHUOC PROVINCE.
AFTER THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES TO ESTABLISH MA DA COMMUNE, VINH AN TOWN REMAINS WITH 3,446 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 19,506 POPULATION.
2. ESTABLISH HIEU LIEM COMMUNE ON THE BASIS OF 21,379.55 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 3,870 POPULATION OF TRI AN COMMUNE.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARY OF HIEU LIEM COMMUNE: EAST ADJACENT TO MA DA COMMUNE; WEST ADJACENT TO BINH DUONG PROVINCE; SOUTH ADJACENT TO TRI AN COMMUNE AND VINH AN TOWN; NORTH ADJACENT TO BINH PHUOC PROVINCE.
AFTER THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES TO ESTABLISH HIEU LIEM COMMUNE, TRI AN COMMUNE REMAINS WITH 1,302 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 3,119 POPULATION.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are abolished.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF DONG NAI PROVINCE, THE MINISTER OF INTERIOR, AND THE HEADS OF RELATED AGENCIES SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE./.
