Regarding the establishment of the Vietnam Testing Laboratories Association
THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. I102/SL-L0004 dated May 20, 1957 on the right to establish Associations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Considering the proposal of the Steering Committee for the establishment of the Vietnam Testing Laboratories Association, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations,
DECISION:
Article 1. Permission is hereby granted to establish the Vietnam Testing Laboratories Association.
Article 2. The Vietnam Testing Laboratories Association shall operate in accordance with its Charter approved by the Minister of Home Affairs and be subject to state management by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
The Vietnam Testing Laboratories Association shall finance its own operating expenses and means of operation.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The President of the Vietnam Testing Laboratories Association, the Head of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, and the Director of the Office of the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
