Regarding the abolition of the maximum selling price for construction steel

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance.

Pursuant to the guidance of the Prime Minister in Official Letter No. 17/VPCP-KTTH dated March 1, 2003 of the Office of the Government regarding the adjustment of the iron and steel market.

DECISION:

Article 1. Abolish the maximum selling price for construction steel as stipulated in Decision No. 20/1999/QD-BVGCP dated April 10, 1999 and document No. 23/BVGCP-TLSX dated January 9, 2003 on the selling price of construction steel issued by the Government Price Board.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from March 1, 2003.
