BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 36/2003/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 4, 2003, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION;
Pursuant to the Minutes of Session No. 166/BXD-KHCN dated December 15, 2003 of the Scientific and Technical Council for the acceptance of the research topic on the standard "Heavy Concrete - Method for Determining Compressive Strength Using a Rebound Hammer";
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology and the Director of the Institute of Construction Science and Technology at Circular No. 571/VKH-KHKT dated June 11, 2004,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS ONE VIETNAMESE CONSTRUCTION STANDARD:
TCXDVN 162: 2004 "Heavy Concrete - Method for Determining Compressive Strength Using a Rebound Hammer".
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Science and Technology, the Director of the Institute of Construction Science and Technology, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
