Regarding the issuance of Industry Standards
MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Fisheries;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The following Industry Standard is hereby issued:
28TCN 223:2005: Squid netting - Fishing techniques.
This Standard shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office; Heads of Departments, Bureaus, Centers under the Ministry; Inspector General of the Ministry; Directors of Fisheries Departments, Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development with fisheries management responsibilities; production facilities mentioned in Article 2 and other related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
