 THE MINISTER OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS

 Pursuant to Decree No. 90/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;

Pursuant to Decision No. 217/2003/QD-TTg dated October 27, 2003 of the Prime Minister on the management of pricing for postal and telecommunication services;

Considering the proposal of Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Corporation (now Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group) at Circular No. 1821/GC-TT dated April 6, 2006 regarding the plan to reduce circuit rental fees;

In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Planning and Finance Department.

 Article 1.

Attached to this Decision is the table of Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group's domestic telecommunications circuit rental service rates.

Article 2.

The rates specified in the attached table do not include value-added tax.

Article 3.

This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations contrary to this Decision are hereby abolished.

Article 4. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Planning and Finance Department, the Heads of units directly under the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
