MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Pursuant to Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Decree No. 28/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP; Pursuant to Decision No. 444/QĐ-TTg dated May 26, 2005 of the Prime Minister approving the project to implement the Technical Barriers to Trade Agreement;
Based on the agreement of the Ministry of Finance in Circular No. 8902/BTC-HCSN dated July 21, 2006 and Circular No. 12917/BTC-HCSN dated October 19, 2006 regarding the content of expenditures for implementing tasks under the project to implement the Technical Barriers to Trade Agreement during the period 2006-2010;
Considering the proposal of the Director General of the Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control Department.
Issued herewith with this Decision "Regulations on the content of expenditures for implementing tasks under the project to implement the Technical Barriers to Trade Agreement during the period 2006-2010".
DECISION:
Article 1. The Head of the Office, Heads of Planning and Finance Departments, Director General of the Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control Department, Heads of units under the Ministry, and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
