Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to the Plant Protection and Quarantine Ordinance promulgated on August 8, 2001;

At the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection Department.

Article 1. Registering 53 types of chemicals (including 34 insecticides, 7 fungicides, 9 growth regulators, 1 insect attractant, and 2 snail control products) as special cases in the list of plant protection chemicals permitted for use in Vietnam (with an attached list).

Article 2. The export and import of the plant protection chemicals issued with this decision shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations on the export and import of goods issued together with Decree No. 12/2006/NĐ-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 4. The Director of the Plant Protection Department, the Head of the Ministry's Office, Heads of units under the Ministry, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
