Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources;
Pursuant to Decree No. 153/2004/NĐ-CP dated August 9, 2004 of the Government on the organization and management of state corporations and the transformation of state corporations and independent state companies into the parent company - subsidiary model;
Pursuant to Decision No. 100/2006/QĐ-TTg dated September 5, 2006 of the Prime Minister approving the project to transform the Eastern Sea Fisheries Corporation into an organization and operation under the parent company - subsidiary model;
Pursuant to Decision No. 24/2006/QĐ-BTS dated December 29, 2006 of the Minister of Aquatic Resources on the establishment of the Parent Company - Eastern Sea Fisheries Corporation;

Article 1. The Charter on Organization and Operation of the Parent Company - Eastern Sea Fisheries Corporation is hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry of Aquatic Resources, Chairmen of the Board of Directors, General Directors of the Eastern Sea Fisheries Corporation, and Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
