DECISION
Issuing the Regulation on the Organization and Operation of Ho Chi Minh City Food Industry College
MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decision No. 56/2003/QĐ-BGDĐT dated December 10, 2003 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Charter of Colleges;
Considering the proposal of the Rector of Ho Chi Minh City Food Industry College at Report No. 63/TTr-TCNTP dated October 31, 2006;
Based on the recommendation of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres;
This Decision hereby promulgates the Regulation on the Organization and Operation of Ho Chi Minh City Food Industry College.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General, the Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry, and the Rector of Ho Chi Minh City Food Industry College shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
