THE MINISTER OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Law on the Issuance of Regulatory Legal Documents dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on the Issuance of Regulatory Legal Documents dated December 6, 2002;

Pursuant to Decree No. 161/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on the Issuance of Regulatory Legal Documents and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on the Issuance of Regulatory Legal Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government regarding the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;

, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, the Director of the Plant Protection Agency, the Director of the Crop Production Agency, the Director of the Quality, Processing, and Market Development Agency;,

DECISION:

Article 1. Annexe to this Decision:

1. The List of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs within its authority up to December 31, 2006, which have now expired their legal validity (Annex I);

2. The List of Circulars jointly issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs as the lead drafting body up to December 31, 2006, which have now expired their legal validity (Annex II).

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and organizations and units under the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision.
