THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to the Quality of Goods Ordinance No. 18/1999/PL-UBTVQH10 dated December 24, 1999 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;

Pursuant to the Seed Varieties Ordinance No. 15/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated March 24, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;

Pursuant to Decision No. 15/2005/QĐ-BNN dated March 15, 2005 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the issuance of the List of Forestry Tree Varieties that Must Apply Industry Standards;

At the proposal of the Director of the Forest Service; the Head of the Science and Technology Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the "Supplementary List of Forestry Tree Varieties that Must Apply Industry Standards".

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Forest Service, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of the provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
