DECISION

On the issuance of regulations on exploration, classification of reserves and coal resources

and coal resources

MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

Pursuant to Decree No. 160/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding implementation of the Law on Minerals and the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on Minerals;

Pursuant to Decision No. 06/2006/QD-BTNMT dated June 7, 2006 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment promulgating regulations on classification of reserves and solid mineral resources;

At the proposal of the Director of the Office of the Mineral Reserve Evaluation Council and the Department Head of the Legal Affairs Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To issue with this Decision the Regulations on exploration, classification of reserves and coal resources.

Article 2. Article 2.

This Decision takes effect fifteen days from its publication in the Official Gazette.

This Decision replaces Decision No. 49/QĐHĐ dated May 19, 1975 of the Chairman of the Mineral Reserve Evaluation Council. Article 3.
