Decision No. 25/2007/QD-NHNN on amending and supplementing the Regulation on the organization and operation of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department issued together with Decision No. 1133/2004/QD-NHNN dated September 9, 2004 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam.

DECISION

Amending and supplementing the Regulation on organization and operationof the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department issued together with Decision No. 1133/2004/QĐ-NHNN dated September 9, 2004 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam

GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 1997; the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 2003;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 52/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;

After reaching agreement with the Ministry of Home Affairs at Circular No. 1516/BNV-TCBC dated May 28, 2007 of the Ministry of Home Affairs regarding the re-establishment of three department-level units at the Trading Office and the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department;

At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department.

DECIDES:

Article 1To amend and supplement Article 4 of the Regulation on organization and operation of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department issued pursuant to Decision No. 1133/2004/QĐ-NHNN dated September 9, 2004 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam as follows:

"Article 4. The organizational structure of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department includes:

1. General Affairs Section;

2. Organization and Salary Section;

3. Cadre Section;

4. Training Section.

Specific tasks and powers of each Section shall be stipulated by the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department."

Article 2This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3The Head of the Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, and the Heads of relevant units under the State Bank of Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
