Regarding the approval of the Plan for the reorganization, reform, and development of state-owned agricultural farms under the People's Committee of Hai Duong Province

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 170/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 22, 2004 of the Government on the reorganization, reform, and development of state-owned agricultural farms;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong Province,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the Plan for the reorganization, reform, and development of state-owned agricultural farms under the People's Committee of Hai Duong Province, as follows:
Dissolve the Chi Linh Agricultural Farm.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong Province:
1. Direct the implementation of the dissolution of the Chi Linh Agricultural Farm.
2. Decide to reclaim land from the Chi Linh Agricultural Farm and allocate it to other units for effective management and utilization.
Article 3. The Ministries of Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Planning and Investment, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Home Affairs, Natural Resources and Environment, and related agencies shall be responsible for coordinating with the People's Committee of Hai Duong Province in implementing this Plan.
The Steering Committee for Enterprise Reform and Development shall be responsible for urging, guiding, and monitoring the implementation of this Plan, and at the same time, propose solutions to the Prime Minister to address difficulties encountered during its implementation.
Article 4. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong Province, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the heads of related agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
