THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to Decree No. 188/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 61/2007/NQ-CP dated December 7, 2007 of the Government on continuing the implementation of Directive No. 32-CT/TW dated December 9, 2003 of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Term IX) on strengthening the Party's leadership in legal education work and raising awareness of law compliance among cadres and people;
Pursuant to Decision No. 37/2008/QĐ-TTG dated March 12, 2008 of the Prime Minister approving the Program on Popularizing and Legal Education from 2008 to 2012;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Legislation, Ministry of Health.
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the Program on Popularizing and Legal Education in Health from 2008 to 2012 attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. The Decision No. 3238/2004/QĐ-BYT dated September 16, 2004 of the Minister of Health on approving the Program on Popularizing and Legal Education in Health from 2004 to 2007 is hereby repealed.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office of the Ministry, Directors of the Department of Legislation, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, Heads of General Departments, Heads of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Health and Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Health Services under central cities and health sectors are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
