CIRCULAR
ISSUING ENVIRONMENT QUALITY NATIONAL STANDARDS
MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the request of the General Department of Environment Director, Science and Technology Department Director, Legal Affairs Department Director,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
Article 1. This Circular promulgates 08 National Technical Regulations on the environment:
1. QCVN 07: 2009/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on hazardous waste thresholds;
2. QCVN 19: 2009/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on industrial emissions for dust and inorganic substances;
3. QCVN 20: 2009/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on industrial emissions for certain organic substances;
4. QCVN 21: 2009/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on industrial emissions for chemical fertilizer production;
5. QCVN 22: 2009/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on industrial emissions for thermal power plants;
6. QCVN 23: 2009/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on industrial emissions for cement production;
7. QCVN 24: 2009/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on industrial wastewater;
8. QCVN 25: 2009/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on leachate from solid waste landfills.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2010.
Article 3. The General Department of Environment Director, Heads of Units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
