TECHNICAL REGULATIONS FOR 11 GEOLOGICAL SURVEY WORKS ON MARINE AND ISLAND MINERALS

Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 25/2009/NĐ-CP dated March 6, 2009 of the Government on comprehensive management of marine resources and environmental protection of islands;

Upon the proposal of the Director General of the Vietnam Administration of Seas and Islands, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, and the Head of the Legal Department,

c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B

Article 1. THIS CIRCULAR ISSUES TECHNICAL REGULATIONS FOR 11 GEOLOGICAL SURVEY WORKS ON MARINE AND ISLAND MINERALS.

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 1, 2011.

Article 3. THE MINISTER, HEADS OF MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AT THE MINISTERIAL LEVEL, CHAIRS OF PROVINCTION AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES LOCATED ALONG THE COAST UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE VIETNAM ADMINISTRATION OF SEAS AND ISLANDS, HEADS OF MINISTRY SUB-UNITS, AND RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
