CIRCULAR

Issuing National Technical Regulations on occupational safety for filters used in gas masks and half-maskssử dụng trong mặt nạ và bán mặt nạ phòng độc

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Product Quality Law;

Following the review comments from the Ministry of Science and Technology in Circular No. 2161/BKHCN-TDCT dated August 1, 2012, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues the National Technical Regulations on occupational safety for filters used in gas masks and half-masks as follows:

Article 1. The National Technical Regulations on occupational safety for filters used in gas masks and half-masks are issued together with this Circular.

Article 2. The National Technical Regulations on occupational safety for filters used in gas masks and half-masks shall take effect six months from the date of issuance of this Circular.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, and organizations and individuals related thereto shall be responsible for implementation./.
