CIRCULAR
Issuing the List of Veterinary Drugs, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, and Chemicals Used in Aquatic Animal Health Allowed for Circulation in Vietnam.

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government;
Pursuant to the Veterinary Law dated April 29, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby issues the List of Veterinary Drugs, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, and Chemicals Used in Aquatic Animal Health Allowed for Circulation in Vietnam.
Article 1. The List of Veterinary Drugs, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, and Chemicals Used in Aquatic Animal Health Allowed for Circulation in Vietnam is attached hereto.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of signature. This Circular replaces Circular No. 69/2010/TT-BNNPTNT dated December 6, 2010 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on issuing the List of Veterinary Drugs, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, and Chemicals Used in Aquatic Animal Health Allowed for Circulation in Vietnam.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals within and outside the country involved in the production, business, and use of veterinary drugs in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
