Pursuant to Decree No. 62/2013/NĐ-CP of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to Decree No. 187/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 20, 2013 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Trade regarding international trade activities and related domestic agency, purchase, sale, processing, and transshipment activities with foreign countries;
In response to the proposal by the Director of the Construction Materials Department;
The Minister of Construction issues this Circular on the publication of the list and HS codes for asbestos materials belonging to the amfibole group prohibited from importation.
Article 1. Publishes the list and HS codes for asbestos materials belonging to the amfibole group prohibited from importation (annexed).
Article 2. This Circular takes effect on October 25, 2016 and replaces Circular No. 03/2012/TT-BXD dated September 5, 2012 of the Ministry of Construction regarding the publication of the list and HS codes for asbestos materials belonging to the amfibole group prohibited from importation.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees, municipal People's Committees under central authority, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
