Pursuant to Decree No. 99/2011/ND-CP dated October 27, 2011 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law;
At the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade;
The Prime Minister issues this Decision amending Decision No. 35/2015/QD-TTg dated August 20, 2015 on amending and supplementing Decision No. 02/2012/QD-TTg dated January 13, 2012 of the Prime Minister on promulgating the list of essential goods and services that must be registered under model contracts, general transaction conditions.
Article 1. Clause 3 of Article 2 of Decision No. 35/2015/QD-TTg dated August 20, 2015 of the Prime Minister, which supplements item number 11: "Life insurance," shall be abolished.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from October 1, 2019.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees, centrally-run cities, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
