CIRCULAR
Issuing economic-technical norms for vocational training at intermediate level and college level for 20 trades and occupations.

Pursuant to the Vocational Education Law on November 27, 2014; November 27, 2014;
Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 21, 2017 defining the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs; the 02 years 2017 of the Government qThe Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular on issuing 116 economic-technical norms for vocational training at intermediate and higher college levels.
Pursuant to Decree No. 16/2015/NĐ-CP dated February 14, 2015 of the Government on the mechanism of autonomy for public service units;
Article 1. Amending and supplementing some provisions of the Admissions Regulation for undergraduate level; admissions for vocational college level in Early Childhood Education profession issued together with Circular No. 09/2020/TT-BGDĐT dated May 7, 2020 of the Minister of Education and Training "2. This Regulation shall apply to higher education institutions, other educational institutions permitted to train at the undergraduate level, vocational colleges admitting students for the Early Childhood Education profession (collectively referred to as training institutions), departments of education and training, Bac Lieu Department of Education, Science and Technology (collectively referred to as departments of education and training), and related organizations and individuals."
Pursuant to Decision No. 1508/QĐ-TTg dated July 27, 2016 of the Prime Minister promulgating the list of public services using state budget funds under the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;
At the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Vocational Education;
The Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs issues this circular setting economic and technical norms for vocational training at the intermediate and college levels for certain occupations in the electrical and electronics group; information technology; construction, architecture, and services.
Article 1. This circular includes 58 economic and technical norms for vocational training at the intermediate and college levels for 29 occupations in the electrical and electronics group; information technology; construction, architecture, and services, including:
1. Economic and technical norms for vocational training in the occupation "Domestic Electrical Installation" at the intermediate level are specified in Appendix 1a.
2. Economic and technical norms for vocational training in the occupation "Domestic Electrical Installation" at the college level are specified in Appendix 1b.
3. Economic and technical norms for vocational training in the occupation "Domestic Electronics Installation" at the intermediate level are specified in Appendix 2a.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, provincial People's Committees under central cities, the General Department of Vocational Education, vocational education institutions registered to operate the trades mentioned above, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, they are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution./.
