The Law on Organization of the Government No. 63/2025/QH15 AND THE LAW ON ISSUANCE OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS No. 64/2025/QH15, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED BY THE LAW No. 87/2025/QH15; BASED ON Decree No. 78/2025/NĐ-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT REGULATING THE DETAILS OF SOME ARTICLES AND MEASURES FOR ORGANIZATIONAL IMPLEMENTATION AND GUIDANCE ON THE ISSUANCE OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED BY Decree No. 187/2025/NĐ-CP;
ACCORDING TO

The request of the Minister of Industry and Trade, The Prime Minister promulgates this Decision to repeal Decision No. 182/2007/QĐ-TTg dated November 26, 2007 OF THE PRIME MINISTER.;

Article 1. Repeal of the Prime Minister's DecisionThe entire Decision of the Prime Minister is hereby repealed.

Article 2. Provisions for Implementation

1. This Decision shall take effect from the date of promulgation. 2. The Ministers, Heads of Sectoral Ministries, Chairmen of People's Councils, People's Committees of provinces and cities under central administration, and relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision.;
