ACTIVITIES OF PUBLISHING MATERIAL DISTRIBUTION

THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM

- WHEREAS, the Law on Publishing dated July 7, 1993;

- WHEREAS, Decree No. 79/CP of November 6, 1993 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Publishing;

- WHEREAS, Decree No. 81/CP of November 8, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;

- CONSIDERING the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department and the Director of the Publishing Department;

Pursuant to …;

Article 1: NOW, hereby promulgating with this Decision the Regulations on the organization and activities of publishing material distribution throughout the country.

Article 2: These Regulations shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous documents that conflict with these Regulations are hereby abolished.

Article 3: The Publishing Department shall be responsible for guiding and supervising the implementation of these Regulations by the provinces and cities.

Article 4: The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department, the Director of the Publishing Department, the Heads of the Ministries' agencies and units, and the Directors of the Provincial and Municipal Departments of Culture and Information shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
