DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE
Regarding the issuance of regulations on relations between the Border Guard Command and the Military Region Command, Navy Command; between Provincial/Urban Border Guard Commands and Coast Guard Flotillas with Provincial/Urban Military Commands and Coastal Zone Naval Commands in performing defense combat tasks.

MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE
- Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
- Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Documents dated November 12, 1996:
- Pursuant to Decision No. 41/CP dated July 5, 1996 of the Government regarding functions, tasks, authorities and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;
- Pursuant to the Border Guard Ordinance; Decree No. 02/1998/NĐ-CP dated January 6, 1998 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Border Guard Ordinance;
- Considering the proposal of the Chief of General Staff,
DECIDES:
Article1.To issue regulations on relations between the Border Guard Command and the Military Region Command, Navy Command; between Provincial/Urban Border Guard Commands and Coast Guard Flotillas with Provincial/Urban Military Commands and Coastal Zone Naval Commands in performing defense combat tasks. Article
2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from its date of issuance; previous regulations inconsistent with the provisions of this Decision are abolished.
